Survey on Reference Management at TUHH (Autumn 2026)

Which programs do you use to manage references? Which features matter to you, and what support would you find useful?

Through this survey, the University Library and the Computing Centre would like to learn how reference management is used at TUHH and what users need. The survey is intended for all TUHH members.

The results will provide a sound basis for future decisions about the provision and funding of reference management tools and services. At the same time, we aim to further develop our information, consultation and support services to better meet users' needs.

TUHH currently provides a Citavi campus license valid until March 2028. Whether it will be renewed has not yet been decided. TUHH has also funded unlimited Zotero file storage for its members since 2024. Funding for this service is currently secured until May 2027.

The survey is open until 20 November 2026. It is expected to take about 5 to 8 minutes to complete. Depending on your answers, you will be shown up to 19 questions.

Thank you for participating!
